Even
though I am a fairly new client with Mystar,
I would highly recommend this company. When
I started with Mystar, several of my
accounts were past due and my interest rates
were through the roof! Now, all of my bills
are current and the interest rates have been
drastically reduced. The peace of mind is
worth a million dollars. The staff at Mystar
are very friendly and courteous. The
Representative I worked with made me feel
comfortable and valued from the first

Bill,
just a short note to thank you and your
staff for all of your help in getting my
credit situation headed in a positive
direction. I had done a little research on
Debt Management firms and frankly was not
impressed. I found Mystar, somewhere (I
think on the internet) and noticed that you
were a local firm and called your office.
From the very first contact, which was a
very pleasant HUMAN BEING who answered the
phone, all of my interactions with every
person at Mystar have been positive,
professional and helpful. As you know, I
have had a couple of unique issues that were
handled on an individual and personal basis.
All my fears of being treated like an
"account number" were completely unfounded.

Hi Mystar,
I am
still on the phone with the rep, but do have
some answers now. I have been told that the
FIA/Harris account will have a new rate of
6.25% and a payment of $150.00 per month.
The Bank of America account will have a new
rate of 4% with a payment of $210.00 per
month. Both of these are contingent on
approval and your confirmation that you are
taking over the other accounts. I am
thrilled with this arrangement and feel
fairly confident it will be approved, per
the customer service rep.

before regarding my satisfaction but when I
get mail from my creditors like the one
today from both WAMU accounts, I love what
you all are doing and that I would have
never been able to recover without your

we now have account current status! We no
longer reflect a past due status! Thanks so
